The Mercury F40 ELPT is a compact and reliable 40 HP FourStroke outboard with EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) for smooth running, efficient fuel use, and dependable starting. The ELPT configuration combines electric start, remote control operation, and Power Trim & Tilt, making it ideal for console boats, workboats, and professional applications where precise trim control and comfortable helm operation matter. The 40–60 hp FourStroke platform also features a high-output alternator to support onboard electronics.
