The Honeywell BW™ Flex4 in this 5-gas configuration is built for safe enclosed-space entry on board ships. In one compact, rugged instrument it monitors the five key atmospheres at once: CO₂, combustible gases (infrared %LEL), O₂, H₂S and CO. The dedicated NDIR CO₂ sensor is what sets it apart, under IMO MSC.581(110), CO₂ must be measured separately and kept below 0.5% (5,000 ppm) before entry, which standard 4-gas detectors can’t do.
Intelligent i-Series sensors predict calibration and end-of-life, the infrared LEL sensor is immune to silicone poisoning, and IP66/68 weatherproofing with single-button operation makes it tough and simple to use. One 4.5-hour charge gives weeks of runtime, and Bluetooth® keeps configuration and records inspection-ready.
